– A copy Of your nationalization documents will be filed in the records of Morocco Consular Court and sent to you via priority mail with a filing date stamp as proof of filing.
– You will receive a receipt of the publication.
What makes a valid ‘PUBLIC NOTICE’?
There are four (4) elements that mark a valid ‘public notice’:
1. The notice must be published from an independent party
2. The publication must be archivable
3. The publication must be accessible
4. The publication must be verifiable
Why record in a Consular Court and make it public?
Your ‘Legal Notice’ and ‘Judicial Proclamation’ are written declarations of your nationality / citizenship and status. When your written declaration is made on the public record before the world, It constitutes the first essential element of ‘due process of law’ called “Notice”. See ‘Due process of law’ in Henry Campbell Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th Edition, page 449.
If You Require Your Documents to be Sealed. It is $50 US (fiat) Federal Reserve Notes, $25 for each set. Which include 2 Seal Name Correction, and 2 Seal Judicial Notice Proclamations. Your Status Correction also comes with a Certificate of Status Cover Page. Let us know if you do not require your Documents Sealed.
